Nearly a century ago, a man by the name Leon Tiahnbik changed the American beef game. As an Austrian immigrant, Leon grew up surrounded by traditional Austrian sausage making and knew he could teach a thing or two to his American peers about great-tasting sausage. And boy, did he do just that.
